Limits of verification
Registration can establish legal existence and status; it cannot guarantee future conduct, delivery or solvency.
A record may apply only to a holder, model, rating, site or period. It does not prove every shipped unit conforms.
A registered or visited address does not by itself establish manufacturing ownership, capacity or product quality.
Databases can change, be unavailable or omit information. Conclusions relate to the records accessible at the stated query time.
Visits are scheduled and conducted with the supplier’s knowledge and consent. They are not covert investigations.
Accreditation disclosure
ZimonAI is not an accredited inspection body and does not hold ISO 17020 or CNAS accreditation. The service is supplier information verification—not accredited product inspection, certification or conformity assessment.
China supplier verification
We will say so. If your decision requires sampling, laboratory testing, pre-shipment inspection or accredited conformity assessment, ZimonAI verification is not a substitute.
