Verification reduces uncertainty. It does not eliminate risk.
A trustworthy verification service should say where its conclusion stops.

What we do
Check identifiable company and certificate records
Cross-check legal names, holders, models and addresses
Separate evidence from supplier statements
Explain gaps and conflicting records
Conduct scheduled on-site verification where serviceable
−
What we do not do
Source suppliers or make introductions
Negotiate prices or commercial terms
Handle orders, deposits or supplier payments
Accept supplier commissions or kickbacks
Perform product quality inspection or laboratory testing
Conduct secret, undercover or unannounced investigations
Limits of verification
Limits of verification
01
A real company is not a guaranteed supplier
Registration can establish legal existence and status; it cannot guarantee future conduct, delivery or solvency.
02
A genuine certificate is not a blanket product guarantee
A record may apply only to a holder, model, rating, site or period. It does not prove every shipped unit conforms.
03
An address is not automatically a factory
A registered or visited address does not by itself establish manufacturing ownership, capacity or product quality.
04
Records have time and access limits
Databases can change, be unavailable or omit information. Conclusions relate to the records accessible at the stated query time.
05
On-site verification is transparent
Visits are scheduled and conducted with the supplier’s knowledge and consent. They are not covert investigations.

Need product inspection instead?
We will say so. If your decision requires sampling, laboratory testing, pre-shipment inspection or accredited conformity assessment, ZimonAI verification is not a substitute.
