What we agree or decline
Confirm supplier, legal entities, model, market and document versions before starting.
Confirm any supplier contact, site access, observer, source cost, timing and deliverable in the quotation.
We do not find or recommend suppliers, negotiate purchases, handle buyer funds or earn supplier placement fees or purchase commissions.
We do not perform product QC, AQL inspection, laboratory testing or product pass/fail release.
A matching payee name is not bank confirmation; unavailable evidence is recorded as unavailable.

Registration can establish legal existence and status; it cannot guarantee future conduct, delivery or solvency.
A genuine certificate is not a blanket product guarantee
A record may apply only to a holder, model, rating, site or period. It does not prove every shipped unit conforms.
An address is not automatically a factory
A registered or visited address does not by itself establish manufacturing ownership, capacity or product quality.
Records have time and access limits
Databases can change, be unavailable or omit information. Conclusions relate to records accessible at the stated query time.
On-site verification is transparent
Visits are scheduled and conducted with the supplier’s knowledge and consent. They are not covert investigations.
